Learning Points
  1. Lateral Ventricles are in proportion to sulci
  2. Changes are stable over long period of time (refer to old imaging)
  3. No peri ventricular oedema. The low density in the perivintricular location is small vessel disease (infarction of tiny vessels in the deep white matter).
  4. No bowing of the corpus collosum
  5. No acute pericollosal angle
