- Left sided Subdural bleed
- Secondary to left parietal lobe AVM
- There is some subarachnoid blood particularly at the skull apex
- Midline shift to the right secondary to oedema
- Loss of grey white matter differentiation of Left frontal/temporal/parietal/occipital lobes and the right temporal/parietal/occipital lobes
- Blood extending into the 4th ventricle which will result in hydrocephalus
